As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the State of Alabama and District of Columbia, as well as a Registered Massage Therapist with the Maryland Board of Chiropractic & Massage Therapy Examiners, I travel to you to provide Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone and reflexology therapies. These therapies aid in lowering blood pressure, weight loss, reducing stress, tension and muscle pains. I also offer corporate (chair) massage for workplace employees. On the job stress can be contributed to shifts in corporate structure, company growth, even large projects and the daily competiveness within a company. Physical threats such as carpal tunnel syndrome, fatigue, the common cold and other illnesses can be easily contracted in the work environment. Message Therapy has been shown time and again to alleviate work-related stress and build immunity against many illnesses, and companies that offer massage benefits to their employees not only have happier employees, but healthier employees who feel appreciated, and in turn excel in their jobs.
