About Kyle Bell

Industrial maintenance and project superintendent with 18+ total industry experience. I have had the fortune to be involved and gain experience in a variety of industrial settings that range from shop and fabrication applications, field retro fit and new installations to heavy lift and major projects across the mining, forestry and port terminal field, specifically in STS cranes. This experience has carried me through both Western and Eastern Canada, the Eastern seaboard of the USA from New York to Louisiana and specialty projects in Puerto Rico and Central America. I strive to excel in my responsibilites and exceed the clients expectations through clear and concise communication, thorough planning and development and clean execution. This comes from my ground level approach where I have worked my way up the steps of success through hard work and a never give up attitude. I possess strong safety ethics and follow the steps of Safety, Quality and Efficiency on any project I am involved in. This allows me to lead with a clear picture of process and steps required to mazimize the effort of each day while ensuring that all on my team will go home safe to their family and ready for the next job. I am proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, am a quick and critcal thinker, and most importantly a team player who is confident yet does not bring an ego to table. I believe that this has helped me be successful when working alongside Operations Managers and Owners to Field crews and Tradesmen across multiple disciplines.
