Kyle, a civil engineer and five year EIT, has experience in stormwater management, site development, and utility design. As a lead design engineer, he works closely with project managers and clients to develop practical solutions. His expertise includes designing stormwater facilities, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure using Civil 3D. With a strong background in stormwater modeling through HydroCAD and WWHM, he designs stormwater facilities and ensures regulatory compliance. Kyle’s work spans projects for WSDOT, city, county, and state agencies, as well as private, commercial, tribal, recreation, roadway, and educational sites. His site development experience includes grading, utility coordination, and stormwater management strategies that meet project needs. He focuses on solutions that are functional and cost effective while maintaining industry standards.
