About Kyle Bereswill

I am a driven, adaptable, easy to work with individual who takes every opportunity as a chance to learn. When provided with feedback I take that and adjust accordingly so I am not needed to be told the same thing twice. I originally went to college with research in mind but from my position outside of graduation I have developed and interest in many other things. My professional career has led to directly dealing with end users, managing feedback and reporting it. Working with development and manufacturing operations on smoothly transitioning projects in the manufacturing workflow. I have participated and lead projects involving manufacturing line transfers, lead time reduction, quality improvements and cost reduction. I have experience with the development of diagnostic hardware and the reagents used. My work is completely customer focused, whether that customer is the end user, the manufacturing floor or project team I am working with. I want to drive results that makes everyone happy.I am constantly looking for new challenges that will help me grow
