About Kyle Berry

My Engineering Apprenticeship at Eurostar has introduced me to the rail sector in a fantastic way. It has allowed me to experience all aspects of engineering and the skills I have and will continue to acquire will be essential in my future professional development. My role has allowed me to continue my studies through a college placement, enhancing my knowledge further as well as my contribution to the sector. I am an enthusiastic and hard worker who is always motivated by the next challenge. My previous technical knowledge in the motor vehicle industry, demonstrated by my Parts Advisor accreditation with Volkswagen, has equipped me with an understanding of an engineering environment and the ability to be a quick learner. My desire to become a qualified Engineer is fuelled by my first-hand experience with the technology and machinery that allows trains to continue to be in service. The passion that I have for the rail industry, particularly High-Speed rail, both nationally and internationally, encourages my desire to fully understand the impact and benefits it has and could have for every individual and country, specifically due to its essential low carbon attributes.
