I pose the ability to communicate my understanding and knowledge of shop operations to others, and take great pride in learning new skills to further the success of the company I work for. I am constantly looking for new ways to improve the quality of my work, while keeping manufacturing as lean as I can. My pro-active ways of trouble-shooting have resulted in significant gains for my employers. I am very interested in working for a company that puts forth as much effort into customer satisfaction as I do. I believe strong communication is the cornerstone of any successful business. That is why I am looking for a company that holds a high regard for constant interaction between all tiers of their employees. I desire to work for an employer that is constantly seeking to improve in all aspects of their business, and has open minds for my innovative ideas. My assets would be best suited in an environment that keeps customer satisfaction their first priority, while maintaining a lean manufacting line.
