I am an influential and collaborative leader that has a proven track record of managing client success teams and software development teams. As a leader, I try and approach each day like an ideal team player – and try to lead by example on how to be humble, hungry, and smart. I am committed to the constant pursuit of client delight and work hard every day to ensure that my clients are getting as much value as they deserve. One passion that has remained constant throughout my professional career is the drive to help others. In my most recent opportunity, I have shown strengths in both agile and traditional project management. I also have extensive experience working and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 instances. I am also in the process of growing my management skills and pursuing a Master of Technology - MTech focused on Organizational Leadership from IUPUI.
