With almost 20 years with Best Buy I ended my career as a home theater double agent. I was in charge of delivery, installation and giving our clients a quality demonstration of how their new equipment worked. I pride myself on taking care of our clients, assuring them I would be their point of contact if they ever needed assistance. I built a large clientele, many of which would only work with me due to great communication and quality of work. I had many achievements with Best Buy. From consistently exceeding sales goals to having 100% customer satisfaction surveys for multiple quarters. With my extensive knowledge of audio video, smart home automation, troubleshooting skills, I was the one that many installers, store employees and even managers called when they needed assistance. I grew up in the Topeka area, attended USD 437 district and graduated from Washburn Rural High School in 2005. I have three children, Finlee, Noble and step daughter Ella, all of which keep us busy with sports. I have been with my wife Bailey now for three years and we enjoy spending time with our family, the great outdoors and coffee!
