Decision Making: As the lead on several projects it required ability to evaluate complex components and related systems from several perspectives. Successful on-time completed projects required knowledge about roles and responsibilities of various engineering departments and close interaction with departments and customer boards. As needs arose, efficiency and confidence overcame engineering and technical problems involving all phases of flight hardware refurbishment, piece part manufacturing, modifications, and acceptance testing. Affective communication with the customer is extremely important. Product Review Process: I was a former certified Universal Product Review MRB engineer, completing Boeing’s Universal Product Review initiative training program to standardize MRB authority process across all Programs and Sites. Engineering Drawings & Specifications: Pay close attention to details as a conscientious mechanical design support lead liaison engineer, possessing in-depth knowledge of Boeing’s indentured parts drawing system and cognizant of Boeing’s Material Processes and Application Specifications. I am responsible for writing and approving field-drawing Engineering Orders, drawing changes, and coordinate flight hardware Specifications and Process corrections when required.
