As a Speciality Banking Analyst II I work closely with our most high risk and profitable clients. By analyzing account activity, I ensure state and federal marijuana guidelines are met. Furthermore, working with the speciality banking team has allowed me to build my communication skills through updating compliance procedures. With confidentiality, security and integrity, I complete credit and background checks on potential clients. By maintaining communication with clients to ensure there is no fraudulent activity within their accounts, I have built customer loyalty to our branch. During my time as a Senior Personal Banker I increased new accounts and existing accounts through customer relations. I continuously met and exceeded my monthly sales goals each quarter which equipped me to be a valuable asset to the corporation. Furthermore, I increased personal and corporate value by earning a consumer lending certification. This along with my leadership, team approach, and strong customer relations led to my being promoted four times since beginning my career with Dart Bank in 2018 and be awarded the Dart Bank Difference Award in 2021.
