I'm currently a digital advertising specialist working with tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to get people daily to visit our sites. Then I utilize the data received to make informed decisions to outperform KPIs. I've seen the value in clear, concise communication as I have conveyed technical results to people without a background in digital marketing. I pride myself on being a quick, efficient worker, too. Some quick points: •Came from fast-paced world of news, but changes in industry caused me to look elsewhere •Currently, I help direct five teams around the world on strategy for my company, Global Media Outreach •In terms of measurable performance at Global Media Outreach, I was a major factor in improving our conversion rate by 37.5 percent over my first two years here •Was part of decision-making team that implemented a switch to more advertising on social media platforms, which lowered overall costs for visits by 7.22% quarter-over-quarter. In my transition to digital marketing, my love for math — which goes back to when I was a kid reading all the stats on the back of my baseball cards — was reinvigorated, and I have added responsibilities of making sure reporting and tracking is working properly at my small company. I have recently added data analysis skills such as SQL, Tableau, Python and Excel. My daily desire is to work smartly, with clear reasoning behind every decision I make.
