My distinguished 23-year military career as a Field Grade Officer includes service as a Presidential Pilot with HMX-1, piloting Marine One, and holding key leadership roles as a Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, and Facilities Director. Transitioning into the civilian workforce as a General Manager, I have leveraged my strategic leadership to enhance operational efficiency, revenue growth, and client relationships. I excel in workforce development, financial oversight, and business optimization, managing multi-million dollar budgets, P&L, sales, payroll, and infrastructure improvements. In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I have served as a seasoned instructor in both classroom and field environments, developing and implementing master curriculums to ensure training excellence.
