My background spans full-stack development, microservices, and event-driven architecture — but my real passion lies in coaching engineers to grow into the best version of themselves and coaching teams to accomplish great things. I was also the lead engineering manager of 4 teams across multiple time zones, that delivered secure, high-scale software adopted by LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and others that has driven more than a million applications Prior to that, at Jibe, I oversaw complex ETL integrations for Fortune 500 clients including FedEx, PepsiCo, and AMEX, balancing technical execution with client partnership and product strategy.
