About Kyle C Invastions

Currently I am a Web applications Developer for Lexmark's Global Web Team. I have recently moved to an awesome new team, currently we host pages, in over 70 countries, and 35 languages. Part of the fun here discovering a new process, or automating old deprecated manual ones. While sometimes a challenge, it is so rewarding once you realized that through completion, I myself an surprised that I end up growing here, even through constructive confrontation at times. I have experience building various projects, currently completed our initial global roll-out our sites along with 9 other acquired companies into 1 structured content model (source of truth)! I have worked on everything from pioneering responsive email/landing page templates, to interactive HTML 5 product demos. A passionate pet project turned into our custom video player that supports any device with only one file type, saving our company millions in simplified production and processing. I have helped to write scripts that ingest on screen text translations for global video export automation. I'm always ready to learn something new, or enjoy experimentation with new technologies. Tech Skills: AEM development, JSP, JAVA, JS, Jquery, HTML, Flash, css, xml, ajax, Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, most Adobe master suite programs: PhotoShop, After Effects, Premier, Illustrator, Vast experience as Audio Engineer and Video Production and Editing, Live TV production, on-line global product marketing (from concept to code!) Random skills: bass player, welding, metal fabrication, general willingness to take something apart and fix it. I haven't call a repair man in 20 years. Human Skills: Good communication and verbalization skills and an all around problem solver. I'm not afraid to be honest even if that is difficult route, if I don't know I'll figure out the solution in or outside the "box". With a wealth of brilliant minds on our teams.
