With over four years of experience in business development and sales, I am an Account Strategist at Salesforce, the global leader in customer relationship management software. I help clients in the UK and Ireland market to achieve their goals, and maximise their return on investment. I leverage my skills in new business development, CRM, and social media marketing to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Previously, I worked as a Business Development Associate and Senior High Growth Consultant at Salesforce, where I contributed to the expansion of our ESMB presence. Before joining Salesforce, I was a Marketing Advisor at Marketing Development Practice, a consulting firm that provides strategic and innovative marketing solutions to small and medium enterprises. As part of a diverse and collaborative team, I enabled clients to enhance their brand awareness, customer engagement, and competitive advantage. I hold a Master of Science in Marketing Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Ag Science - Food and Agribusiness Management from University College Dublin.
