I currently lead the fraud product management team at M&T Bank, where I am responsible for delivering a strategic roadmap for all fraud prevention capabilities, including dark web detection, enhanced authentication, and fraud detection solutions. My core competencies include objectives and key results (OKRs), goal setting, goal analysis, agile best practices, identity and fraud product management, and authentication. I have multiple certifications from the Identity Management Institute, as well as an inbound marketing certification from HubSpot. I also have a bachelor's degree in criminal justice/police science from the University of Delaware. I have published an article on enterprise security online, where I shared my insights on process and change management and how it relates to fraud operations.
