I am a seasoned insurance adjuster with 7 years of experience in a broad range of commercial general liability, commercial and personal auto lines. I pride myself on self-motivation and my adaptability to change and challenges in the workplace. I work well independently, but equally perform with a team. I am empathetic and confident, but most importantly, I am people-centric. I focus first and foremost on my ability to communicate effectively and work seamlessly with each party involved. Many search for the perfect claims handling “structure” or “process,” but I instinctively know that the recipe for a great adjuster requires understanding each parties’ motivations, interests and concerns, which in turn, leads to successful business results.
