About Kyle Caruana

I will consider myself as a humble person, a very positive person as well as a friendly and a very team-worker type of person. I come from a background of working as a chef at a resort. At first it all started when I used to attend the Institute of tourism studies in Malta. Then started climbing up the ladder until I had a small brigade and managing an a la carte restaurant. I wanted a career change and as well as a challenge after 6 years. I had the opportunity to work at HSBC. Here in 2 years and 10 months I was able to become a specialist in certain areas. I was able to be a specialist in account opening, Internet banking, payments, fraud, anti-money laundering, Advance as well as Premier clients, Debit cards, loans applications and Credit cards applications. After almost 3 years I had a challenge yet again in my career which I do not regret at all. I had the opportunity to start working in the Igaming industry. At Betfair in within 1 year and 5 months I was able to be promoted to the night shift team. This gave me loads of exposure in within the company and was able to be picked amongst the others to join this elite team during the night. At Betfair I was able to be specialized in Solving via the Social Media platform (Tweeter and Facebook), as well as informing traders of any unsettled or disputed bets, handling e-mails from the customers, handling payments within the company, spotting fraud, have a well understanding of Casino, an very good understanding in promotions and offers was a must and also have a skill in handling complaints. I am a very hard working person, a new challenge will always be accepted and If I am criticized, feedback will be taken on board in order to improve.
