About Kyle Cassel

Currently I am the Paint department supervisor for Clair. My paint experience includes industrial, commercial, residential, and production type settings. From doing confined space work, to high end custom home, custom work for dealerships, use of high end coatings and clears, as well as custom 1 -off work for performers. I grew up in the paint industry as my parents own a successful painting business themselves. I’m fully versed not only in the work aspect, but also in thinking of my work in a business sense to push myself to be efficient. I dabbled in mechanics for a bit after the service, as riding motorcycles, quads and snowmobiles was and is a huge hobby of mine. My service time in the Marine Corps consisted of 4 years. Doing small arms repair, as well as instruction on the firearms range for fellow Marines as well as other service members and GS workers. This experience led me to private contracting for the military civilian side. Traveled the country doing mass repairs of weapon systems for units before and after deployments. Once this job took me overseas, I worked and lived with units and agency personnel. During both my service and contracting time I worked with PSD and augmentation persons for missions as well as trainings. Worked closely with members of both US as well as foreign individuals to train them for proper mission capabilities. All of my experiences have led me to take extreme pride in my work and abilities, always looking to improve and learn more, and be the best leader I can be.
