I would not say I am a jack of all trades, but I can pick up what you’re putting down. One of my favorite compliments was from a Command Sergeant Major who said that I might not know what I am doing, but he only had to show me once and was confident that I would perform to standard. I enjoy learning and expanding my knowledge; however, I have a profound ability to see the big picture and develop the best course of action with the information is available. I had plenty of education to go the Officer route in the Army; however, I enlisted as an All Source Intelligence Analyst with the Army National Guard. I wanted a challenge, outside of my comfort zone and hopefully make a difference. I quickly adapt to any setting, absorb information and dynamics in order to position myself to make a difference. I excel at leadership, seeing the big picture, trend analysis, presenting complex information in a cohesive manner, and utilizing or developing tools for process improvement.
