Passionate about driving positive change in the employment landscape, I have spent 6+ years seeking to empower individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of meaningful work through a dual role as Employment Services Manager and Director of Business Development. As an Employment Services Manager, I oversee a dedicated team of job skills trainers, employment specialists, and social coaches providing tailored services to over 100 clients, including interview training and resume building. My role as a Director of Business Development allows me to create effective lead generation strategies and implement customer relationship management best practices which have helped to foster relationships with state agencies, school districts, and post-secondary institutions. With a focus on enhancing inclusion and advocacy, I strive to make a positive impact in the workforce.
