About Kyle Chelius

As a forward-thinking finance executive in the mortgage industry, my leadership career spans 15-plus years of experience piloting the execution of capital markets activities for both startup and large originators. In addition to implementing new warehouse lenders and directing the intercompany loan sale process for Ocwen Financial Corp. and Homeward Residential Inc, I am recognized for creating a new department at GMAC Mortgage Corp.(Off-Balance Sheet Financing Operations) that managed several asset-backed commercial paper conduits used to finance up to $190B annually. Throughout my career, I have optimized business processes to realize up to $1.2M in annual cost savings and built/led high-performance teams to maximize revenues on more than $55B in annual loan sales. In my current role as Director, Capital Markets for Ocwen Financial, I lead daily operations across all warehouse lines of credit, oversee participation agreements used to finance mortgage production, and manage a $750K budget. I also play an integral role in managing the Capital Markets Pooling and Delivery Team, and lead activities critical to maintain proper warehouse liquidity levels. Over an 11-year tenure with GMAC Mortgage Corporation, I advanced from Financial Analyst and Manager roles to Finance Director overseeing loan sales averaging $55B annually. Additionally, over the past 18 years I have concurrently served as an independent Business Consultant (and Board Member/Chairman) providing investment management and strategic planning advisement supporting for-profit and non-profit organizations. I hold an MBA and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
