How do we make workplaces that work for everyone?” This is the question that drives me. The answer: Shift employee mindset from “clock in/clock out” to actively engaged with skin in the game. How to do this? Training and development. This is what I do: develop and facilitate leadership trainings tailored to address the unique issues companies and organizations face today. At Arrow Performance Group, I oversee and facilitate trainings on adaptability, resiliency, social-emotional intelligence, and civility in the workplace. One of my favorite trainings is the “train-the-trainer” program, where I coach facilitators on the most impactful practices in leading others to that “aha” moment. Additionally, I manage 30+ coaches, spearhead community-needs gap assessments, and run 360-leadership assessments. As a Director, Trainer, and Facilitator for Colorado State University’s Extension program for nearly 10 years, I had the privilege of shaping how the university impacted Douglas County. I always started with the community first. What did they want, and how could CSU best support them? From there, I developed and delivered family, leadership, and civic engagement programming to bolster resilience and community participation. As a result, CSU’s extension program was a well-known and supportive resource in the community. With 15+ years as a coach and facilitator, I have extensive knowledge and expertise in creating the space for employees and participants to let down their guard, collectively redefine what it means to be a team, and create the roadmap to implement and activate their newfound drive.
