About Kyle Cittadino

I’ve always been fascinated by the moment when a great idea becomes a real product in someone’s hands. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve turned that fascination into a career — leading global product development, supply chain strategy, and brand growth for consumer goods, toys, and stationery companies.Along the way, I’ve launched more than a dozen multi-channel brands, earned 31 patents, and consistently delivered double-digit growth. One of my proudest wins? Growing branded margins from 32% to 53% while maintaining on-time, in-full service level across sourcing operations in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia.I’ve worked in every part of the product journey — from concept sketches and rapid prototypes to global sourcing, packaging design, and retail launches. I’ve led cross-functional teams that span design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations — and I believe the best results happen when creativity, strategy, and execution work in lockstep. When I’m not driving product strategy, I’m in the classroom as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University, helping graduate students explore the intersection of design, business, and entrepreneurship.Whether I’m launching a new brand, scaling operations, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, my focus is always the same: create products and processes that deliver impact — for customers, teams, and the business.
