About Kyle Clark

Nine years experience in the logistics industry. I have started from the entry level floor worker and have since done administrative, coordinating, as well as managing. Three years of administration has taught me lessons of multi-tasking, problem solving, and providing customer’s with the best possible service. Two years of coordinating have given me the experience in providing reports to customer’s, managers, as well as contracted employees. This includes Excel sheets and Power Point presentations. Coordinators are also responsible for tasks such as: one on one response to customer complaints as well as solving the issues, internal auditing, operational breakdown and service management. Two years of management has taught me how to engage, lead, and retain employees. The most valuable lesson learned is how to build a working relationship with each employee individually and how to make yourself approachable without employee hesitation. Our industry is built upon a “safety above all” culture which has become the priority of my career. Other lessons have included time reporting, leading daily meetings and monthly safety meetings, as well as optimize operations to meet maximum service while cutting company costs.
