Currently involved in large scale manufacturing tool specification, testing, and start up of complex custom tools. Closely involved with custom tool design, testing, and new manufacturing line layout design and startup. Experienced in international collaboration between vendors in the United States, Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. Frequent travel and interaction between US and Taiwan manufacturing locations for rapid technology transfer between pilot production line and first mass production line. Soft skills include new engineer/operator training, knowledge and technology pass down, and international collaboration. Graduate school experience in polymer characterization, electrochemistry, and designing and developing components for fuel cell systems. Specialties: Process equipment specification and vendor management. Polymer and viscous liquid characterization and deposition. Electrochemical device characterization (eg electrochromic windows).
