About Kyle Constantinoff

To contribute and further develop experience and expertise as a certified Civil Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) to a project team committed to undertaking challenging and necessary projects and delivering them in all aspects with the highest quality. Passionately pursuing the (PMP) designation to improve as a project manager and team leader. I graduated from N.A.I.T.'s Civil Engineering Technology program, which encompasses an extensive range of knowledge and competencies, including urban design, Project Management and AutoCAD. I have progressed my competency through experience in civil projects and acquired the Civil Engineering Technologist designation through The Association of Science & Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta since 2019. I have eight years of progressive civil transportation project experience with Lafarge construction. I had the opportunity to deliver projects for several clients, including Alberta Transportation, the City of Edmonton and Edmonton International Airport. I've delivered complex projects such as Parsons Road from 23 ave to 34, North East Anthony Henday Drive paving, Buena Vista Road Rehab, Epcor Watermain Rehabilitation, and Pioneer Road Reconstruction which have given me unique experience in a variety of project aspects. My exposure to a wide range of technical specifications has afforded me valuable experience performing work to relevant standards. I have given direction and orientation and actively observed the teams undertaking the work to ensure everyone's health and safety are maintained and in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. I have experience working with multiple consulting engineers in the wide range of projects I have undertaken. In 10 years of civil project experience, I have taken the initiative to establish strong relationships with the project teams I have been a part of and use my communication skills to ensure clarity with the team across all domains required to perform at the highest level. Ensuring stakeholder involvement early on and maintaining trust in the relationship in the long term has been key to the success of my projects.
