About Kyle Creach

I am currently supporting the Chief Operations Officer at Rivian, the leading electric vehicle manufacturer. As a previous ASE Master Tech and Toyota Certified Tech, I have a strong background in technology and problem solving. I leveraged these skills and my bachelor degree in my previous roles as a Quality Engineer at Toyota North America, then as a Quality Manager at Rivian. I have now developed and implemented quality standards, processes, and systems for Rivian's products and operations, while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. While supporting the COO, I am involved in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, using my communication and leadership skills. I am committed to Rivian's mission of creating sustainable and innovative mobility solutions, and I am eager to contribute to its vision of advancing the future of electric vehicles.
