Let's be honest, the recruitment model we've all become used to is broken. Companies feel like they're being fleeced, candidates are treated like shit and even recruiters struggle to motivate themselves to do much more than get a bum on a seat so they can run off with their fee. For most people it really isn't going to change any time soon. The more you carry on doing what you've always done, the more you'll keep getting the same questionable results. Now this is the part where you probably thought I was going to say "I'm about to change your life". I'm not. Frankly most people would rather moan about the way things are than do anything to change them.
