About Kyle Devine

Kyle Devine is the Principal at Devine Consulting and the Director of Recruitment and Operations at Integris Group. Born, raised & educated in Windsor-Essex, Kyle has enjoyed employment in the region’s booming manufacturing sector and as an entrepreneur. With a passion for high-level talent acquisition, corporate development and human resources, Kyle founded Devine Personnel in 2013 to address the lack of personable employment agencies in Windsor-Essex. Kyle’s vision was that all employees he hired were his best brand ambassadors and he personally coached many temporary employees into full-time employment with his clients. Kyle later drew a passion for business development, coaching and strategy with his clients and sold the agency in 2019 to pursue his work on a more focused area with Devine Consulting. Over the last decade, Kyle began to identify a growing need for an "out of the box" approach to talent acquisition to address the ever-growing skills shortage in the province. The need for foreign talent in Ontario’s rapidly growing economy had become overwhelmingly apparent, and Kyle began working with external immigration services to help bridge the gap between employers seeking talent and high-level candidates looking to immigrate to Canada. In 2023, Kyle co-founded Integris: Immigration and Recruitment Consultants and began helping employers navigate the complex immigration landscape to successfully onboard high-performing foreign talent to grow their teams. As an executive recruitment professional, Kyle has built a strong reputation in verticals such as engineering, architecture, manufacturing, healthcare, and information technology. Kyle is actively involved in various charitable initiatives throughout the region and is the proud recipient of the New Business of the Year Award (2016) from the Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce.
