About Kyle Devine

As a Learning & Development Executive at Cameron House, I oversee the team's and business's overall development needs, working closely with my HR team and the wider management team. I create and manage bespoke in-house development programs, as well as our Apprenticeship and Graduate Manager Programs. I have received multiple awards for my outstanding performance and contribution, such as Rising Star of the Year and Team Member of the Year. I am passionate about the hospitality sector and always eager to learn and enhance my skills. I have completed two courses in Hospitality Management and Supervisory & Leadership Skills from SDS Consultancy, which have equipped me with the knowledge and tools to adapt and maintain a high standard of work in this ever-changing industry. I have also developed strong communication, presentation, and attention to detail skills, which enable me to relate to guests, team members, and management in a professional and pleasant manner. I believe in collaboration and continuous improvement, and I strive to support and empower my team and colleagues.
