About Kyle Diburro

I’m a CPA with a strong foundation in both public accounting and industry finance, holding Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Bentley University. I began my career at Ernst & Young, where I gained valuable experience auditing both public and private companies, working on complex assurance engagements including experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition, SaaS accounting, and clinical trial accruals. Currently, I serve as Manager of Commercial Finance at Sarepta Therapeutics, where I lead Gross-to-Net accounting for three commercial products, contribute to financial planning, and support cost recognition and budgeting for a $160M commercial operating budget. My role spans accounting, FP & A, and operational finance, including engaging with cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and supporting long-range planning for commercial and pipeline products. I’m a fast learner and analytical thinker with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and several years of experience with Oracle ERP. I also bring a strong data and automation mindset, with hands-on experience using Power BI, Power Query, Automation Anywhere, and Thinkcell to drive efficiency and insights. Whether leading financial strategy, optimizing processes, or mentoring others, I bring a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to every challenge.
