About Kyle Douglas

Throughout my previous job experience, I learnt how to adapt to a high-pace, high stress environment, and how to communicate effectively. My jobs in the service industry and marketing team taught me the value of having strong interpersonal communication, and being able to change your mindset and focus during a rush hour at work. Additionally my jobs have taught me that you have to be a team player, sometimes you don't have ideal situations during your work day, and being able to adapt and help others if they are falling behind was key to having a steady flow, whether it be in the kitchen or during a work at day at the office. After these experiences, I feel more comfortable taking a lead role in any profession, or simply being a dependable person who knows how to get the work done properly and on time.
