About Kyle Ewen

I’m a finance leader who makes decisions based on data but knows that people create business success. Currently, I’m the Head of FP & A at Brady Technologies, where I partner with teams across the business to uncover financial insights that will accelerate revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. I’ve previously held senior finance roles at Picnic, Jacquard, and Sofar Sounds, where I led Series A-D fundraising efforts, implemented advanced financial reporting systems and processes, and collaborated with sales and product teams to unlock new revenue streams. I am doing my best work when working with an engaged and passionate team to build things. I hold an MBA from the University of Oxford and am a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and team leadership. I’m passionate about mentoring emerging finance talent and leveraging my financial skills for impact, serving on the boards of two UK charities. I’m currently seeking finance leadership roles in tech hubs across the UAE, Singapore, and other strategic markets in the East.
