I am a strategic and forward-thinking association professional with 15+ years of experience collaborating with staff and volunteer leaders to provide innovative problem-solving and data-driven results. As a successful association executive, I am always willing to do the "dirty" work necessary to make an endeavor successful. No person is too big, no job too small. My work in employment and education law has covered the full spectrum of the employment world from advising employers and boards of directors to representing employees in disputes with their employer. Having experiences on both sides of the table provides me a unique perspective on the motivations, fears and desires of those involved in making decisions at the highest levels.
