Hey there! Nice to meet you. I’m Kyle. I'm a partner success manager at WellSync, a software company focused on revolutionizing the digital healthcare space. My broad cross-functional role is focused on partnerships, partner success, and product discovery, while we find new and innovative ways to approach the rapidly-growing telehealth market while prioritizing the delivery of exceptional care to all those using WellSync's platform. I used to work at the B2B SaaS start-up CANDID within the financial services industry, and I arrived there after time at Better as an Account Manager. My time in customer service and experience actually began through working for the Mouse as they say – for the Walt Disney corporation. My work experience has led me to be a relationship-oriented professional and versatile team builder with extensive experience in customer service and account management in fast-paced, evolving environments within both the B2B and B2C spaces. My background also includes extensive training and professional work in performance, and that means I’m incredibly comfortable talking to everyone, presenting on behalf of my organization, and relationship-building with clients, stakeholders, and teammates across business functions.
