In that time I have become proficient and skilled at all the aspects of this work. In the past years I have learned to do some plumbing, electrical, dry wall, construction, siding, appliance ( refrigerator, washer & dryers, dishwasher, water heater), janitorial repair, renovate and installation. On the Management side I have learned to excel at ordering, data entry, working with various programming including but not limited to AMSI (eSite)-like YARDI, INS Verify, On-site, Lead tracking solutions, EPO, Microsoft word/excel. Initiated evictions, post notices, became very familiar with Fair Housing Laws and all move-in move-out paperwork and all other paper work. I have taken around 40 classes for maintenance and management for me to excel for this position. I have worked for three months for Riverstone Residential Group whom battles between the first and second place largest property management company in the US, managing over properties. They have high standards just as I do to be great manager. The 5 years prior I worked for Bunting Management CO. I also have worked as Manager Trainee for United finance being trained as loan officer. I am a License Armed/Unarmed Security Officer with working experience with Secure America, a very successful company. With my training I hold a high value of life and the law. I am a hard worker and businessman with a strong aptitude to learn more and excel at what I do. I'm honest and always ready to do more to get my job done.
