About Kyle Gaffaney

I am currently the Technology & Finance VP at the Midwest Energy Association where I oversee our finances, employee benefits, course development and compliance software products, manage IT and oversee maintenance of our building. Previously I was the Director of Administration at the Minnesota Dental Association. As Director of Administration I provided support to all parts of the organization and oversee our finances, HR, IT, facility, endorsed products, and foundation. Prior to the Minnesota Dental Association I practiced law with Virtus Law where I focused on business law, real estate and estate planning. I am still Of-Counsel with Virtus Law. Prior to law school I was an Accountant at a financial management firm for 5 years where I worked with futures, options, stocks, bonds, and swaps. Areas of Experience: Finance/Accounting, vendor management, regulations, business law, tax.
