I am a Geotechnician at DAVID BLACKMORE & ASSOCIATES INC, where I perform construction materials testing and verification for soil, concrete, rebar, and more. I have earned the ACI grade 1 Technician Certification and the APNGA Portable Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification, demonstrating my proficiency and safety in using various tools and equipment. I am also a Cybersecurity student at Penn State University, pursuing my Bachelor degree in this field. In my current role, I prepare daily documentation with test results and observations, and communicate regularly with project managers and engineers regarding any issues that arise onsite. I also have experience in customer service and software support, having worked as a Customer Service Admin Support A2 at Oracle Cerner and a Customer Service Representative at Aurora Software, Inc. I have developed strong skills in problem solving, teamwork, and Microsoft Office, which I use to provide effective and efficient solutions to clients and stakeholders. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world challenges.
