About Kyle Gartman

I am a graduate of the Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, with a Minor Degree in Beverage Management and Marketing; with specializations in Front Office, Guest Service, Housekeeping, Management, Operations, Beverage Management, and Marketing. Throughout my career path, I have had a number of internships, hourly, and leadership positions in hospitality, retail, and HOA Association Management. Positions including a Front Office Supervisor position, while I was still attending the University of Houston. I have held multiple leadership positions in hotels, restaurants, and retail stores; some including Overnight Hotel Manager, Pricing and Marketing Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager at upscale, full-service, luxury hotels, and retail properties. More recently, I have managed upscale, mid-rise, and high-rise condominiums throughout the Houston Metropolitan area. Achievements including, being awarded an IHG Torch Barrier Award, for achieving excellence in hotel guest service by achieving maximum IHG hotel metric results and driving max results by Increasing guest service scores by over 70%!
