Kyle is an experienced food and beverage server within the Hospitality Industry. He is skilled in Food & Beverage, Microsoft Office, Interpersonal Communication and Time Management. Kyle has a strong ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure environment while keeping a positive mentality. Soon to graduate from the Business Marketing program at Algonquin College School of Business in April 2020, Kyle is ecstatic to begin furthering his education in the Business Administration program to earn an Advanced Diploma. The hunger to further his expertise of business planning and developing and marketing planning, and financial planning Kyle engaged in his education through excellent listening and communication skills. Kyle thrives in high pressure situations always ready to take on the next challenge and look for gainable knowledge and experience through it. Kyle has demonstrated excellent leadership skills throughout his studies at Algonquin, being a Team Lead for a group of students and assisting throughout major deliverables. Kyle believes highly in collaborative environments where knowledge is shared to reach an innovative solution. Kyle is proud of his experiences obtained such as working with a client to deliver a thorough marketing plan, competing in the Ontario Colleges Marketing Competition, allowing him to develop proficient skills in Marketing Strategy, Communications Skills, Integrated Marketing Communications Skills and Professional Sales Development. Working within the Service Industry, Kyle has a high level of knowledge of operating a cash system, debit machines, point of sale and computer systems to log and record inventory and other business procedures. Kyle is always looking for a new challenge where he can grasp the opportunity to learn and develop skills in order to further his education and strive towards success.
