Throughout my career, I have assumed a variety of roles including website administrator, graphic designer, database developer, corporate software developer, military systems administrator, network administrator, cloud administrator, help desk technician, and help desk lead within the private, public, and military sectors. My proficiency with Microsoft products, various operating systems, and scripting languages has been honed through the demands of these positions. Currently, I serve as the lead developer for PowerShell automation, overseeing the maintenance schedules for the products I manage. This automation is operational across global regions, and analytics indicate that it has reduced our maintenance window by approximately 75%. This efficiency gain has been achieved with no downtime during the implementation of my frameworks, while also fulfilling the company's cost-reduction mandates, making it the most autonomous and transferable automated maintenance system within the organization. As I continue in my career I find myself sliding into development, algorithms, AI, and everything trendy because these are terribly fun technologies to work with.
