About Kyle Grell

A performance driven coach, ENTJ, D DISC style, and an Enneagram 7… what more is there to say! Hmm. Well, let’s start at the top: In my nearly 15+ years in banking, it was never the first choice as an industry. Shocking, I know. People are and always have been paramount and fundamental to my values as a human – for example, a dream of mine was always to be a teacher. However, I found alignment in working with local organizations that focuses on communities that are often underserved in the financial markets and matched those values. Today I am thankful to work for an organization such as WSECU as a Member Solutions Manager and have the privilege to not only bring meaningful financial assistance to those in need but help lead and collaborate with a team of 30+(my team would say I definitely love taking on problems and issues that arise and finding solutions to make their lives easier – I love a good problem statement!).
