With an impressive tenure of over 20 years in the hospitality sector across five diverse countries, Kyle has successfully managed multiple standalone restaurants, ascended to prominent leadership roles within the hotel realm, and served as a trusted consultant for luxury hotel groups worldwide. Prior to establishing his own enterprise, Kyle held a key position on the leadership team at Marriott International HQ, focusing on restaurant and bar operations for Global Operations and the Americas. Kyle orchestrated the creation of globally renowned restaurant and bar concepts for the extensive portfolio of Marriott International’s 30 hotel chains. He spearheaded bar programming strategies for individual properties, curated exceptional spirit, wine, and beer selections for gold standard programs, and played a pivotal role in bar design, setup, and training program development.
