About Kyle Haughey

I am a change specialist. I have a background in agile ways of working, change management, crisis management, operational change as well as developing material for process learning and development. I approach my work in a Logical way always producing a decisive Strategic fix where required and plan for the long term solution whilst placing contingency process in the event that automation fails. I am very goal driven to provide a better experience for the customer wether that is a stakeholder or consumer that has a better experience through the process I have delivered to the estate. On all projects I have delivered over the years, I have worked with a variety of teams on and offshore pushing agile ways of working to improve reporting deliverables back to stakeholders and to give them a better view of the progress of the sprints. I enjoy promoting inclusivity within my teams and getting the best results through getting the needs directly from the customer and keeping them informed of any updates on the project. I manage stakeholders effectively with continuous updates through integrated technological solutions that are available to me and have excellent interpersonal skills so I can work effectively with stakeholders both within or out width the companies I have been employed with. I have been involved in several major projects that have saved Vodafone revenue in FTE via reduced AHT, identifying design flaws, gaps in processes and developing automated reporting to mitigate these defects and streamline effective reporting through Data analysis, delivering projects to projected time scales resulting in a saving of £800K this year alone. I am currently studying to further develop my skills in ITIL, Prince2, Agile ways of working, BI reporting, Data analytics and SQL query development. Prior to change management within Vodafone a large part of my background is based around UI, Graphic/video, web design and audio engineering.
