About Kyle Hayden

With over eight years of dedicated experience in the Title Industry, I have cultivated a strong foundation in opener/pre-processing, title processing, and post-closing roles. I am currently serving as a Title Processor where I process files from after opening until settlement and collaborate with clients, agents and lenders in regards to the closings. My journey in the industry began as an Opener/Pre-Processor, where I utilized title software to initiate the title process, reviewed contracts and addenda, and scheduled closings. During this time, I also gained experience with short sale negotiations. I was later transitioned into the Post Closer role, where I scanned and finalized files, recorded legal documents, balanced files, cut checks and set up wires. For an 18-month period, I, with the assistance of my manager, handled all pre-processing, processing, and post-closing tasks for the office. After resuming my sole role of post-closer last year, I was transitioned into the Title Processor role. I have processed complex closings involving various legal matters including bankruptcy, foreclosure, civil and criminal proceedings, judgments, liens, and probate. I hold an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) for Paralegal Studies, A.B.A. Approved, from Northern Virginia Community College, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Applied Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering. My diverse skill set, which includes customer service, time and task management, knowledge of real estate and legal research, position me as a versatile industry professional.
