I’m a sports physical therapist and performance coach with one mission — helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. Rooted in a lifelong passion for human movement and strength, my career has been built around empowering athletes and active individuals to unlock their full potential — whether that’s returning from injury, breaking through performance plateaus, or simply moving pain-free. As the Owner and Director of Athletic Development at H.E.A.T, I’ve had the privilege of training athletes and active adults using a blend of evidence-based principles and high-performance strength and conditioning. My approach bridges the gap between rehab and performance, combining science, experience, and innovation to create resilient, high-performing movers. Now, as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I’m expanding that mission — integrating clinical expertise with performance training to deliver a more complete model of care. My goal is to redefine how athletes recover, train, and sustain performance across their careers and lives. I believe success comes from never settling for “good enough.” Whether it’s an athlete chasing the next level, a patient reclaiming their confidence, or myself pursuing growth through education and leadership — the pursuit is always progress.
