About Kyle Hooper

With over a decade of experience in safety management and engineering, I am committed to fostering safe and sustainable work environments. Most recently serving as Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Chromalox until January 2026, I focused on ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while overseeing energy reporting initiatives. My work is driven by a passion for continuous improvement, team collaboration, and creating systems that prioritize safety and sustainability, aligning with organizational goals and values. At Chromalox, I led cross-functional teams to design machine safety interlock systems, introduced impactful near-miss reporting processes, and managed internal safety and energy reporting. By implementing effective safety measures and improving participation in reporting, I contributed to measurable improvements in workplace safety and environmental performance. I bring a results-oriented mindset, technical expertise, and a dedication to embedding safety and sustainability into operational practices.
