Throughout my career, I have consistently met and exceeded my professional and personal goals. Some of my greatest accomplishments include successfully introducing 7 teams into agile scrum methodology leading to significant positive results, successfully managing a book of business worth over $5 million, helping build and lead a brand new team from the ground up, having a support satisfaction score of 4.9/5 from over individuals, and rescuing the a large client from terminating their contract (worth $1 million per year) and increasing their satisfaction rating by over 80% in the span of a month.
