As a Senior Director of Business Solutions Services at Day & Ross, I leverage over two decades of strategic leadership and innovative thinking to drive significant operational improvements across various business functions. My journey began in banking, where I honed my skills in financial management and client relations, transitioning seamlessly into significant roles in finance, ERP systems, and ultimately, business solutions. In my current role, I pioneered the Continuous Improvement group, establishing a new benchmark for operational excellence within the company. My efforts have focused on transforming both the finance and HR landscapes, including enhancing processes within record to report, order to cash, procure to pay cycles, and Core HR functions like Benefits, Payroll, Employee Administration, and Pension administration. My approach combines strategic leadership, effective communication, and deep financial acumen, enabling me to negotiate and collaborate effectively with vendors and strategic partners to align solutions with organizational goals. I hold a CPA/CMA designation, an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Accounting from the University of New Brunswick, and a BA in Economics and Gerontology from St. Thomas University.
